Description: I have ~15 PSD layered designs that I need to cut into html/css/js to be used in my Python Django site.

Need good code quality and flexible implementation, adaptable to change.
I need someone to do it for one off. Possibility of continued work after that.

Must possess fabulous communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
