Description: I need an application developed that can do the following please:

1. Calculate a score according to input in a grid. it is basically a Excel spreadsheet that I need to be made into an application. The user will input some numbers and the app need to calculate a score according to the input.
2. The results need to be presented on a line graph.
3. A dashboard must be presented as a rolled up view of different inputs.
4. The purpose of the application is to show the user a trend according to the data that is added over a period of time.

I have attached the excel file below and can discuss the details when required.
