Description: I am looking for someone to create a program that would find specific keywords/phrases within a video or audio. I have many 1 hour lectures that I need to find text within. I know I can just upload all the videos to Youtube as Youtube transcribes everything but I don't want to go that route. I need to be able to import videos/audios into a program and it will search within the media for what I am looking for. There are a variety of different speakers. I don't want to hire someone to transcribe these lectures. I want a more automated cost-efficient way to do it.

I work for an organization so there are more projects that need to be done. I would like to choose someone that I can have a long-term business relationship with.
