I need a shell script to automate task

Description: I need the script to commands to execute below steps.

1. Check for latest commit in Github private repo (master branch).
2. (If step 1 is success) Download the source code from Github private repo (mostly .Net core and Java spring boot web apps)
3. Build the project and produce (jar file or .net core runnable file)
4. Copy all build contents to deployment folder (some path). If there's already a deployment folder and project already running then stop the project and replace all files.
5. Finally, execute the run command. (ex: java -jar webap.jar) or (dotnet run project.dll)

Linux distribution - 16 but should be able to work for multiple version as we may upgrade it later

Also, I need instruction on how to add it cron so, it checks/runs every 15mins.
