Description: Hi,
I need a program to create new images based:
1) in the neightbors images (as a continuity of the elements of the neightborgs)
2) as a combination or mix of other images
3) as a combination of new basic elements like lines, spots, networks, etc.

This program has to be easily installed in a web server, because some source images will be loaded from web and the resulting images will be shown in the web.
