Description: I have attached a document outlining what I require, basically three programs
Load balancer
Worker node
Client

The client sends jobs (seconds) to the load balancer and the load balancer distributes these jobs to the node. The worker node waits x amount of seconds and sends a message back to the load balancer that the job was done.

Will you be able to do it and how much will it cost?
