Help with AWS - Error establishing a database connection

Description: I have a Wordpress website which is hosted on AWS. It's more of a photography gallery than a business site. Unfortunately, it's currently unavailable due to RDS Database Instance(s) not being updated. Would anyone be able to help me with this? I have the logins for my AWS console. Thanks! Sarah
