Description: i have a form with just 4 questions one of which is a tickbox. The form responses are collected by a google sheet. I want a script that will send an email to two of 7 addresses dependent upon response to tick box question and fired by trigger (on from response) and include data from the form in the message.

my attempt (the code being in the shared sheet) fails everytime
