- I have a question for you. I see you are Microsoft Dynamics developer. We are a house cleaning service company with 50+ house cleaners (maids) and hundreds of recurring clients. Our business currently runs on software which is 25 years old and is based on a SQL database. So, my question to you is this: If I wanted to develop custom software using Dynamics as the foundation, what could you tell me, in general, as to why this might be a good idea? Why would Dynamics be a good choice for us?
Here is a partial list of what we would need Dynamics to do for us:
* Easy calendar based scheduling for multiple teams and/or individual employees
* Commission or payroll calculations for service employees (maids)
* Various automated emails and texts campaigns to clients and employees
* Client database with rice features such as duplicate record prevention; ability add/edit/delete individuals within a client; various types of client alerts for late payment, etc
* Basic invoicing and job tracking details
* Job workorder details
* Report generator capability
* Integration into other software such as Infusionsoft
Obviously, this is a very incomplete list, but regardless, I need to know what our options are for building our own custom software which will be based on something like Microsoft Dynamics
