Excel Dashboard/analysis per department

Description: I currently have an excel based Order Tracker. This has all my current orders, organised per delivery week. The aim of this sheet is to allow each department to update there progress on each order.
I need to create a dashboard for this, to analyse:
Sales:
Number of samples for specific buyers
How many of these samples have been converted to orders
New orders per week per customer etc.
Styles doing well, based on total units sold and number of repeats
Production:
Tasks to be completed by each department each week. Each department sees only the orders they have to complete
Total units produced per week per department
Back end to be linked to a style database which has information stored for each style.
A tech pack is attached which is excel based, and is used to record all details of the style.
