Dropdown menu, collapsed menu button

Description: I have 2 Nav Bar, one for my website, one for my internal CRM.
In the first, when the navbar is visualized from iPhone and you press the button to access the menu, nothing happens.
In the second one I cannot add dropdown menus, for some reason the 'dropdown' tag of bootstrap is ignored.
