Description
The end product will be an application for our employees which reformats CSV files containing conference attendee flight arrivals lists into a more user-friendly interface and which uses real-time flight data.

Our organisation offers a meet and greet service where employees meet and greet conference attendees on behalf of our client and escort the attendees to their private chauffeur car or private coach.

Employees often meet and greet several hundred passengers in a given day. Our client will issue an arrivals list (typically a .XLSX file) with all of the expected attendee names and their corresponding flight codes. The arrivals list may contain other data such as attendee phone numbers, attendee destination hotel after arrival in the airport and the name and contact details of the driver designated to transfer the attendee from the airport.

At the moment, we print the arrivals list on a piece of paper and will tick passenger names off the list as they arrive. We will also write down updated ETAs if a flight is delayed and we may have to un-assign attendees from one transfer and move them to another if the delays are significant. We typically keep our clients informed of delays and dispatches via phone call or What's App messenger.

We would like to be able to request the flight arrivals list as a .CSV file from our clients and upload this into an application which will format it in a more user-friendly interface. We would like to be able to get flight data using an API so that if a flight is delayed, it will be shown within our application. We would like to be able to assign passengers and drivers to different transfers. We would like to have click-to-call functionality so that we can make a phone call to the drivers without leaving the app to type in their number. We would like our clients to have view-only access to the application so that they can see what is going on without us having to update them. We would like to be able to separate projects so that employees are only viewing data which is relevant to the job that they are doing at the present time.

I have attached some basic images of what we expect the user interface might look like. I have also attached a zip file which contains examples of what a fully populated .CSV file might look like from the client. It is important to keep in mind that the .CSV file may not always contain as many full columns. The bare minimum amount of data would be a flight code and a corresponding passenger name.
