Description: To create a new APP without back-end management and without DB management,
I'm looking for an Android developer.

IDE used in our company is B4A tool (Basic4Android) v.8.0
No other environment.
Absolutly NO to Xamarin, Android Studio, Flutter, Jasonette, Eclipse, Apache Cordova, ...

Previous experiences needed on the tool.
Project requires User-interface design and manage http calls.

I would like to underline that no pre Payment (upfront) allowed.
Payment ONLY at the end, after source-code check
