Description: We are a vehicle repair service company and we are offering our customer's fixed price service plans so they pick a 1, 2 or 3 year service plan and we need full automation of this customers plans with reminders etc

The customer selects service plan 1, 2 or 3 years so 3 different plans

So for example, the 3-year plan has small, medium and large service so for example

1, small service (oil filer and health check)
2, Medium service (As above but includes air and pollen filter
3, Large service as above but includes spark plugs and fuel filter

The customer also has extras as follows
1 free winter check (each year
1 free summer check (each year)
1 free AC service in the 3 year period
1 MOT each year (3 in total)

We want the customer to get MOT reminder a month before mOT due and service reminder send before due date
We want the customer to get a report on what has been done on service and what is left to do

So back end we tick boxes every time work done and this updates customer report and sends every month so it automates them on what is left to fulfil the plan etc
