Description: I've seen from your profile that you're an expert in survey apps. Do you have any experience in developing order forms through these apps? We're a sportswear company, I want to create an order form that contains a matrix of garment type (rows) vs size (columns) which clients (clubs and corporates) can fill in to order their sportswear. The information that the client enters to the form will then need to be automatically added to our Project Management software - we use Airtable.
