Hi, I'm looking for a software to send messages to mobile users with the following requests: 1. desktop application 2. messages include text and a picture 3. we need to send at least 200k FREE messages every day 4. the senders need to be virtual ID so it will not be blocked 5. create a free API to send messages, no paid API or SMS gateway used.
