Description: I need to create a integration program running on a Windows platform (in .net) to convert files being transferred from one program to another.

The source program produces an XML file in a specific format

We need to capture and process this file and then translate it into another XML format

This XML format will be sent to a web server using web services protocol.

The transfers will happen sporadically during the day and I expect to send each of the files within 30 seconds of it being produced.

We will provide complete documentation of the source and target data and instructions on how to process the web services.

We are looking for someone with good english skills (preferably local - we are in the North West of England).

We want the work to be completed in the next 10 days.
