- Hi,
Our company has a number of dispense machines that we loan to various companies to use. Currently, if one breaks-down or has a fault we have to manage this over the phone. Our customers phone us, we then have to find the right engineer to attend that customer and fixe the fault. We believe there is a far more efficient way of managing this by giving both our customers and our engineers access to a web platform and then enabling the process to be automated via this web platform.
Customers would be able to login to the platform (website) and log a fault, that fault would then be sent to the right engineer (based on location), that engineer would then accept the job and attend and resolve.
Customers would need to be kept informed on progress via email and we would need to be able to have visibility of all the various issues both ones in progress and be able to look back and report on these issues.
