Description: Need a new software for my server, that needs to be programmed installed and maintained.
The software has to be a step by step software, with more databases, to be able to send and save emails, bills.
It is a very nice project which I am trying to organize for my company.
I think it is a nice software and a good project.
Please send me your offers and maximum amount depending on the complexity.
This project is thought for medical house calls, for older people, joung families and tourists. I hope that through my ideea to create a chain of services which is not only adressed to insured persons or rich persons but also to modest families or families that really need medical services but cannot afford it.
Therefor please be fair with your offers, and think that this project has limited credits.
Please answer to the questions realistic, if you just wanna do it for the money then just write it this wount be a disqualification reason.
