Description: We are developing a social enterprise in Northern Tanzania that provides veterinary care to smallholder livestock farmers. The business needs to build a database of customers that can then be used to systematically market products and services, record sales and customer interactions etc.. Because conventional addresses don't exist in rural Tanzania, the database also needs to be able to display maps of customer location based on longitude and latitude.

We have a local database manager in place and are several months into development of a CRM using SuiteCRM, but to be honest the process seems to have stalled. Not sure if this is due to the complexity of the task, the database manager, the third party firm doing the development! And of course we do not have the technical skills to assess.

We badly need some someone to: (i) provide a third party assessment of the situation, problems and solutions; (ii) develop and support implementation of the solutions.
