Archive: Create script to replicate a simple Azure platform

Description: I need someone to :
1. Review an existing platform architecture and make recommendations for improvements in areas such as network, availability and security.
2. Take the existing Azure environment (see below) and create parameter driven scripts that will enable me to replicate the platform. I don't need any software installation on the servers to take place, just the provisioning of the environment. Although having 'hooks' within the script into which I can add my scripts to install software would be very useful.
3. Fully document the scripts and establish consistent naming conventions.

The platform consists of 3 tiers :
1 x web server based on CentOS 7.5 with a public static IP address and DNS name
1 x master server based on CentOS 7.5 private IP address only
1 x MySQL Azure database service
All servers are in the same resource group and each layer is in it's own subnet.

This is the first (easiest) phase of an increasingly complex set of platforms.
