I am looking to avoid using people like Docusign who will charge per document.

Instead I want to find a way that I can create about 5 or 6 documents that can be signed electronically and saved at our end.

For example our company terms of business, before we trade with a customer we require then to sign our T&C's how could this be electronically without using companies that will charge per document?

The issue we have is 50 companies may sign up but never use our services so we do not want to be out of pocket paying for each document.

If you have ideas or have done something similar before I would be delighted to review your proposal, ideas , suggestions.
