- Description
- We require an Enquiry Form to be created that can be accessed and completed from a Desktop or Mobile device. The web form will also be dynamic in parts. This form will capture contact details for customers, along with basic requirements. We would also wish to add further information to the form at a later stage, so need the ability to reopen the form to edit. It would be useful for additional comments/notes to be added by different users as the enquiry is progressed. We use Office365 and Sharepoint, so therefore we thought that the form should create an entry in a Sharepoint list. The sp list should be searchable and so other users can continue progressing an enquiry.
The reason we are creating this is because we have 3 different areas of the business which use different management software. We therefore do not need a CRM system for this, but a simple enquiries list will be sufficiently until this becomes a sale.
A full spec will be provided for the form (including the dynamic sections). - I used to be a software developer!
From limited research it seems we could use PowerApps in conjunction with Sharepoint to create the solution. However, I am open to looking at alternative technologies.
