Archive: Create a quick-and-dirty ID3 tag extractor / uploader

Description: This tool is just for use by me and doesn't need to have an attractive UI at all. Here's how it needs to function:

1) I select a local directory containing MP3 files on my computer
2) The ID3 tags are analyzed and both the artist and song title are uploaded to this site (https://repsearch.ppluk.com/) and searched until the entire local directory has all been checked
3) A text file (or UI element) is generated and lists each song that was searched and tells me whether the search returned a result, or the search returned no results for that song.

Important notes:
- there is no API for this website to my knowledge
