Conversion of electronic medical records in SQL database to PDF

- We have a few thousand medical records in our old electronic medical record (EMR) system that need to be converted to PDF by January 31 2020.
The records are viewed in plain text within the EMR, but the record files themselves are not in plain text. The record files have a text header when viewed in Notepad, but the rest of the file seems to point to an SQL database. I don't have any experience with SQL, so I couldn't go any further. The EMR is hosted on our local server, and I have a dump of the server directory along with the record files. The options for conversion would be 1) to convert the record files directly to PDF, or 2) write a macro within the EMR to print the free text records to PDF, then move onto the next patient, etc; however, I don't believe this could be accomplished by keystrokes alone.
Regardless, the output PDFs would have to be named with the patient's name and date of service so that we could find them in the future. Both of these items are at the top of the records when viewed within the EMR, in plain text.
Please advise, thanks.
