Description: I need the following to be built and strictly according to only these requirements:

1) Web service with a landing page like google, with user login option on the menu
2) User shall be able to search with terms via text and see a display of available data in the local webservice database, search items and database items shall match in text or property or other metadata.
3) User can preview the content in the page and can pay to download the content.
4) There is a backend to upload the content by the administrator.
5) All queries from users to be stored in the database as user wish list
