Description: Hello

I am a sole trader and I would like a client database (template) created that can capture the amount of clients seen, date, address, income generated, how they were referred, amount of sessions, etc.

I'd like the option to add additional fields to the database, if required.

I would need to run reports on the information I enter.

I'm not sure if this can be done on MS Access or Excel, but I need to capture client information.
