Implementation
1. The Chatbot will be a mobile app so user can download from PlayStore (NodeJS, Cordova, PHP, HTMl, CSS, MySQL)
2. The Chatbot will also be added to website so user can use it like a Live Chat
We are currently working on IBM WATSON, but we are open to a better Open Source Technology Like NodeJS, Cordova, PHP, HTMl, CSS, MySQL,
