Description: I would like someone to build me a back end service that can recognise a car from a picture, I would like to be able to teach the service via APIs.

The application as a whole will be in 2 parts a mobile app which sends a picture to the back end, the back end identifies the vehicle and send it back to the front end, if in teach mode, the mobile app can confirm if the back end has identified the correct vehicle.

This all needs to be hosted on my own servers no cloud services to be used.
