We are looking for someone to build a very simple console app as a proof of concept with strongest hashing algo and salt combination you can find. We have a need to store passwords locally and need to ensure that our password storage is un-crackable, Basically whoever takes this on needs to know security very well and k now how people hack them (i.e hashcat etc). We want someone to build us a very basic POC that we can get tested on bug bounty websites to confirm we can trust it before we put it into a product.

All you need to do is add lots of usernames and passwords manually using a console app, then a fake console app login to prove we could of "logged in" using those credentials. We will then add lots of passwords and then get put up on bug bounty websites to prove its not crack'able etc.

Only really apply for this if you know this space, we prefer known microsoft / known routes to do this.

Dont even waste your time applying for this unless you know C# very well around cryptography security
