Description: I would like a java/python/php common line program developed ASAP that integrates a blockchain to verify the integrity of files in the computer. This is just for demonstration purposes so it needs to work but to be a professional service program.

The program should create a genesis block and then each time a file is "uploaded" it should create a new block. Whilst the program is running I should be able to edit the uploaded file and then the system should state the blockchain has been compromised as the hashes should no longer be the same and thus the blockchain should not maintain its integrity.
