Just a quick line, hopefully get your views on and possibly organize a conversation?
I would like to create a blockchain for storing records that can’t be passed on.

For example a students eduction records, there degree and results are stored there and can be accessed temporarily if permission is granted by employers to verify results.

I would like to create a dapp on ether or Tron to do this, please let me know proposals or any Dapp projects you have worked on in the past
