Description: I am looking for help creating a basic app for Android and IOS.

Ideally it will include the below attributes:
- Bluetooth connectivity to open a lock
- display company logo and products
- send push notifications to customer
- report number of times push notifications sent
- report number of times lock activated / opened
- report number of downloads
- report number of ‘active’ customers (eg used within x days such as 3 days etc)
- charge customer set fee per month
- notify me through reporting of any nine payments
- have ability to be ‘remotely’ disconnected by me in the event of none payment.

This product is for a start up company and as such is more proof of concept. It does not have to be a perfect version but functionally must work. The ideal candidate would be willing to support the business with changes etc if the product is picked up (obviously this will be discussed, charged etc all at a later date)

Due to nature of the start up price is heavily important. There is not a set budget within the company for this and instead work will be awarded on the merit of the person. As such I’ve defaulted the budget to PPH recommended amount but please do not take this as a benchmark, instead please pitch at what you think your time and skill is worth.
