Description
Looking for someone to migrate our backend from open source Parse on google app engine to a modern Rest/Graph API built on Node/Rails/etc. Just make basic CRUD on the existing database and document how the new API works so that we can update our app to use the new DB.

We are somewhat flexible on terms + budget. Primary objective is to find the right fit with someone we feel can confidently complete the project.
