- I am looking for a capable team that can assist in creating an online assessment platform that will be used to pre-assess/quiz individuals for pre-screening purposes and determine if they qualify for follow up. The team will be provided reference points of existing solutions in this field and direction on how this should be completed. The team should have both design and development resources for the project and experience in development of technology platforms with examples that can be looked at. There will be features that include the creation of custom test battery, comprehensive back-office reporting, emailing of tests with tracking for completion within the back office, time-based assessment, uploading of files from the test taker viewable in back office reporting, time multiple choice/long form support (requiring manual review) assessments. All results will be stored in a database that should be reviewable in back office admin reporting and sortable/searchable by test taker name, score, location, test battery name, etc. We will also need to have reporting that shows incomplete tests as in those who start but do not finish, and we may add some a/b testing to improve engagement throughout the test.
The platform should be built in part using React JS/Next JS (for Server Side A-B Testing) and Node JS.
