Description: There is a demo app available that uses a combination of user accounts that add or subtract balances from a company liquidity pool based on sport betting winnings. No real money is involved.

The transactions basically have the users betting directly against the company. This needs to be changed.

The transactions need to pair users, with the difference going to the company. Then, there should not be more than a 5% risk to the balance of users matched. The exact match can be explained in depth.

The work should be done immediately.
