Description: I have a batch of spreadsheets which exports data to a spreadsheet on the desktop of a laptop.

I need to use this on other computers but get an error message which I know is because the user name is not identical

This is a simple issue I am sure but I can not resolve so I need someone to spend ten minutes on the phone with me resolving this issue
