Description: I don't care whether Albany NY is is really in the USA or in Zanzibar. I only care that you can communicate perfectly with me in English about doing the job I want done and that we agree on how it should be done. I need a paid subscription plug in that is the best and easiest for me, a non technical person to manage. I need a page on which I can list downloads former articles, that people who come to my site may want to download and read in return for a paid subscription. I estimated the time at $20 an hour and, with some evaluation time, and some changes to the home page included, I calculate this initial phase of the project at about $280.
