Description: I'm looking for a person in game development to make a 2D top down video game for me.

The game is all about running a bank and to offer their customers the best bank in the world.

The player will be allowed to build their own bank, open accounts, add a loan service and change interest ect.

I can provide artwork for this product from a good friend of mine but I just need to hire something to make the game for me.

Please note that the budget is just a rough guide on how much I expected to pay but might increase it if needed.
