Description: We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator/Payroll Specialist to join our team. This individual is responsible for processing vendor invoices, payments, and payroll for the Company’s operations across the United States.

Your goal in this position is to provide accurate and timely financial reconciliations, analysis and report to the Finance Leader (C.F.O), this position is responsible for the Executive, Corporate and Business Unit payrolls, ensuring compliance with government legislation and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a successful history of working in an accounting related department, fast paced environment, a sustained track record of meeting deadlines, developing high-quality deliverable(s), and strong reputation as an accounting operations specialist with internal customers, vendors, partners and senior management. He/she will be a valued member of an Accounting team with opportunities to develop new or improved methods, procedures, approaches, and/or optimize new technology tools and processes.

This job reports directly to the Director of Finance.

Job Responsibilities

*Responsible for all aspects of processing payroll data, while managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
*Creates and reconciles general ledger for each payroll run and submits to Finance. Resolves discrepancies with Bookkeeper.
*Ensure proper adherence of internal controls to maintain the integrity cash disbursements and financial reporting
*Filing and other documentation duties
*Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

*Excellent documentation, communication, computer and time management skills.
*Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and to re-prioritize tasks on a daily basis
*General Ledger
*Accounts Payable
*Treasury / Cash Management
*Procurement (Purchasing, Contract Management, IT Asset Management)
*Calendar and deadline driven
*Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Requirement

*1+ years of related experience.
*Valid form of Identification
*Work authorization - United States
*Knowledge in Accounting - preferred
*Ability to review deliverable(s) to ensure accuracy
